About the Course

Why this class?

Artist Mollie will show you how to use ink and watercolor to draw florals worthy of Pinterest. She’ll teach you techniques to combine two mediums and create an aesthetically pleasing work of art.

About the Trainer

Mollie Blackwood

Originally from the Florida panhandle, Mollie has been in Birmingham working as a graphic designer, illustrator, letterpress printer, and art teacher since 2008. Mollie graduated with a degree in graphic design from Auburn University and received a masters in art education from UAB. She owns Big Wave Paper, a design and letterpress studio that specializes in custom design for branding, events, and stationery. When she is not designing or teaching she is traveling with her husband, decorating her home, or playing with her dogs.
